Dear Vendors, The Tavares Rotary Club is excited to host our 10th Annual Dragon Boat Festival in downtown Tavares at Wooton Park on April 13 & 14, 2012! We are expecting over 30 teams again this year. We are excited about the New Year and are anticipating hundreds of Dragon Boat racing fans as well again for 2012.
If you are interested in becoming a vendor for the festival, please return you completed application with a money order or cashier’s check and proof of insurance as soon as possible! Space is limited. Applications will be accepted based on non-duplication of items among members and on a first come, first serve basis. The fee is non-refundable and space will not be reserved until the vendor fee is received. Please note in the event of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled on a future date as determined by the festival committee.
** Vendor spaces are approximately 10ft x 10ft. Tents are strongly recommended. **
